The following is a 2 Star Review that Network Received from an individual who brought their car into our shop for an estimate. This is an iindividual who actually did come into our shop for an estimate, in other words, we are familiar with this ocurrance. In reality, it was a 2 Star Review on a job we didn't do. This is really a unique situation that can frequently be found on reviews sites all over provided both the Review and Comment are provided, we see this particular situation as a 'Request vs Ethics' Classic!

Great customer service, walked in and everything went smoothly.

Only problem, the #1 reason why i would never ever go there again:

So after walking in, the guy who gives the estimate showed me how much my car would cost to repair. He quoted $2500. I laughed. This is for the hood and the bumper for my car. A honda. So i told him again thats an unreasonable price and told him again that i would be selling so nothing fancy needs to be added.

Another worker comes by and gives me a quote for $1500. The first guy started explaining why he gave me that price and the second guy just shrugged.

Conclusion: Do not go here, there are other places you can go to that will give you a better price. Just about everywhere.

Network's 'Stand on Tradition''A 2 Star Review... on a job we didn't do'

We realize that many body shops, as well as other businesses, would rather hide or try and make a 2 star review go away. But at Network we want everyone to know what basically happened and our stand. When the party writing the Review brought their car into Network Auto Body for an estimate they stated they wanted to pay as little as possible. Now we realize that no matter what business you run, you simply can't please everybody and, everyone wants a deal and that in itself is not necessarily unreasonable. But keep in mind, this is a motor vehicle and there are certain quality control and safety issues that must be adhered to, not just for the reputation of the shop but for the safe operation of the vehicle for whomever may end up behind the wheel.

When one of our staff wrote the 1st estimate the party stated that it was too high as he intend on selling the car right away so he wanted as cheap a repair as possible. We explained that the estimate was written using 'New' parts. He then stated he didn't want that and re-stated that he was going to sell the vehicle. Network then re-wrote an estimate based on using some used replacement parts in industry approved areas. This a policy frequently used in the collision repair industry, provided the following conditions are met, among the most important being:

1 If the vehicle can be brought back to its 'pre-damaged' condition
2 When new parts are not considered as being a 'Safety' part or are either cost prohibitive
3 When new parts are not readily available and the safety of the vehicle is not compromised

One of our other staff then re-wrote the estimate based on using some 'used' parts. This was still not acceptable to the party as once again, he felt it was too high, so he left and here you find a 2 Star Review on Yelp because of it. What is slightly troublesome and concerning however, another shop may have, and who will end up being the next owner of that vehicle? If so, we just hope it isn't a Network family member or customer. You simply can't run a Premium Repair Body Shop that's expected to provide a high degree of modern technology, service, training and safe Superior Repairs at Low Discounted Prices.

While we certainly don't want to sound pompous or high and mighty, you won't find any Network Staff preying on Grocery store parking lots soliciting $40 Bondo repairs on shopper's damaged vehicles, that's not who we are. Network has long been referred to as 'The Body Shop to the Stars', a reputation that has been earned since 1985 in servicing some of Hollywood's Top Motion Picture Stars. We all know how particular Hollywood Movie Stars can be about their image, especially the cars they drive and at Network we do our best to treat all of our customers like Stars. Many of us grew up watching one of Hollywood's Top Stars, John Wayne. Whether you were a fan of his or not, there were always 2 absolutes you got out of watching a John Wayne movie, you always knew his stand and his word was his bond. While we always try to provide the fairest rates in the industry, we also value those qualities and at Network we have 2 basic Rules that our customers rely on:

Rule # 1 - Produce the highest quality work and Provide the highest quality customer Service
Rule # 2 - You can't change Rule # 1

Network's customer satisfaction is born, raised and fed from these 2 basic Rules and Values.

Your comfort zone from us is that at Network we are a family owned and operated business. We don't want any vehicle we repair to leave any of our shops in any condition we wouldn't want a member of our own family or one of our valued customers driving.
